What’s Been Going On?
Since my last blog post here, a lot has been unfolding. As we move toward spring, I feel a steady pull toward restoration—not the rushed kind, but the kind that happens when we soften, breathe, and allow ourselves to bloom in our own time.
Choosing Plants Over Stress
This season has been about listening. Listening to my body, my energy, and the quiet nudges that say this needs care. When life feels demanding or loud, I return to plants. I choose aromatherapy every time—not as an escape, but as a grounded, natural solution. I’ve learned that stress doesn’t need to be the default response. There are gentler ways to support ourselves.
How I Formulate
Every product I create begins with a real need I recognize in my own life: tired hands after long days, a nervous system asking for calm, moments that call for grounding or comfort. I formulate from that place—intentionally and thoughtfully—with deep respect for how subtle support can make a meaningful difference. Plants have a way of meeting us where we are, without force or expectation.
What’s Taking Shape for Spring
As spring approaches, new products are quietly taking shape behind the scenes. These offerings are designed to pair beautifully with restoration, renewal, and the gentle shift into bloom. They’re meant to support light returning, energy softening, and rituals that feel doable—not overwhelming—as you move forward into a new season.

Facing Forward: A New Facial Oil
One of the products taking shape this spring is Facing Forward Botanical Facial Oil, a blend created to support skin that’s ready for renewal without overwhelm. It’s anchored in lightweight grapeseed oil for balance and softness, paired with rosehip for its naturally supportive, glow-encouraging nature. Arnica-infused almond oil brings a sense of comfort and care, while jojoba helps the skin feel steady and nourished without heaviness. A small splash of vitamin E completes the blend, chosen to support the longevity of the oils and the ritual itself. Together, these botanicals create a facial oil that feels grounding, restorative, and gently encouraging—like a quiet reset for your skin as it moves into a new season.
Why This One Felt Special to Make
I especially enjoyed formulating and making this oil. There was something deeply steadying about the process—measuring, blending, and taking my time with each step. It didn’t feel rushed or technical; it felt intuitive and grounded. Creating this blend reminded me why I love working with oils in the first place: the quiet focus, the trust in the process, and the satisfaction of making something meant to support real, everyday care. Making this oil felt like a pause I didn’t know I needed—and that feeling is woven into every bottle.
You’re Part of the Process
You are always invited into this process. If you’ve ever wondered why an ingredient was chosen, how to use a product in your daily rhythm, or which blend might best support where you are right now, I welcome those questions. Connection matters to me, and so does transparency.
With Gratitude
Most of all, thank you. Thank you for being here, for trusting me, and for allowing the plants I work with to support your journey. It’s an honor to create for you and to be part of the small, meaningful moments that make up your days.
A Gentle Closing for the Season
As we step into spring together, my hope is that you feel supported, grounded, and gently encouraged. Restoration doesn’t have to be loud or complicated. Sometimes it begins with a single breath, a familiar scent, and the reminder that growth happens at its own pace.
With gratitude,
Shalynne
