Refund policy
Body Care & Aromatherapy Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your body care or aromatherapy products, please note the following return policy:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A valid tracking number must be provided for all returns
- Products must be returned in their original condition with at least 90% of the product remaining
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the product (excluding taxes and original shipping fees)
- Store credit must be used within 2 months from the date it is issued

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products that are available for immediate download after purchase:
- All sales of digital products are final
- No refunds will be issued once the digital product has been delivered
- If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital product, please contact our customer support team for assistance
Knitted Items
Please note that all knitted items are handcrafted with care and consideration:
- Knitted items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Please carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and materials before making your purchase
- If you receive a knitted item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for assistance
